The seating area for Noce is to the left of the gate, while attached to Fico is a wonderful new terrace surrounded by wrought iron railings.

Under the terrace is the boiler room, which is shared between the two houses.  In here is a washing machine, clothes airer, wash basket, pegs etc.  Sun loungers, parasols and garden tables and chairs are stored here when not in use.
